Metrics & Logs

Customers can access their BlueCurve metrics and logs through their tenant specific Grafana.

Access URL

Use your organization-specific observability URL:

https://obs-<organization-key>.bluecurve.io

The <organization-key> value is the 16-character BlueCurve organization key assigned to your account. For example:

https://obs-2ZXoPWa0X9myaf4q.bluecurve.io

What You Can Access

GrafanaProxy gives authenticated users access to customer-scoped observability views:

Area	Description
Metrics	Service health, usage, ingestion, search, plugin, and task telemetry exposed through Grafana dashboards.
Logs	Customer-scoped application and workflow logs available from the Grafana log datasource.
Dashboards	Preconfigured operational views for monitoring BlueCurve activity in your environment.

Authentication And Scope

Sign in with your BlueCurve account when prompted. GrafanaProxy resolves the organization from the obs-<organization-key>.bluecurve.io hostname and forwards requests to Grafana with tenant-scoped identity and observability context.

Customers should use GrafanaProxy for metrics and logs access. Direct access to the underlying observability backends is not part of the public customer interface.
